ROSA, HON. R. H. [Editor inserted: Ralph H. Rosa], of Bandon, was born in Sterling, New York, in 1848. He removed to Michigan in 1853, and in 1863 enlisted in the Thirteenth Michigan Artillery. He then attended Eastman’s Business College, and in 1870 removed to Oregon. In 1876 he was elected to the legislature from Coos County. He was a delegate to the district and state conventions of 1896, and is president of the club at Bandon.
