Rosemary Dunn, of Turner, recently submitted this photo of her and her father. Lt. Col. Michael Dunn is currently serving his second tour in Afghanistan, as a leading medic with the Oregon National Guard's 41st Brigade Combat Team. In this photo, Rosemary had just concluded the singing of the American National Anthem.
